Administrative law is the biggest "fuck you" to the constitution. SCOTUS upholds 91% of ad law cases that come before it. DC Circuit is a bit more hostile toward ad law. Government agencies should not get a pass simply because they are government agencies. "Government knows best." I hope SCOTUS dismantles Auer and Seminole Rock in Kisor v. Wilkie (O'Rourke). Question one in the cert petition is:

"Whether the Court should overrule Auer and Seminole Rock."

Take it apart, Justices. Then it's on to Chevron.

The level of student loan debt we have is one of my biggest concerns and the fact that most of these kids are not "economically productive." Lost productivity due to these loans and we'll never get back that productivity. Delinquencies and defaults are going up, up, up. Soon it'll get to the point where the government can't pay back investors in SLABs (student loan asset backed securities). Something is gonna have to be done. It would actually be cheaper in the long-term to wipe the slate clean, but then they'd have to deal with the existing problem called "student loans" and do away with them. Free market higher education. Make schools compete for students the way it used to be. Rely more on alumni donations, which are directly tied to the success of their alumni. They're keeping entire generation in bondage (by design). Something must be done about this or it's gonna come full circle and do an incredible amount of damage (as if it hasn't already). Abolish federal student loans and regulate the LIVING FUCK out of predatory private loans, remove government backing.

Take away education? I never even said that. I said abolish student loans. Big difference. Free-market for higher education. Bad institutions are being propped up by federal and private loans. Already made it through two bachelor's programs, a master's, and the Uniform CPA exam. Sorry to disappoint you.
