NeonRevolt on lawfag discussions re DC secret court proceedings & future military tribunals

#JrSenatorAnon Heralds Legal Revelations for #QResearchers + Advent of the #QMarch?? https://www.neonrevolt.com/2018/12/17/jrsenatoranon-heralds-legal-revelations-for-qresearchers-advent-of-the-qmarch-qanon-greatawakening-neonrevolt/

Long but intriguing article. Starts like this:

"Someone calling themselves #JrSenatorAnon landed on /pol/ tonight, and started a Q and A…./pol/lacks jumped onboard, and after reviewing everything, I would say this was a visit from a legit insider. Obviously, feel free to disagree. This comes with all the standard disclaimers and YMMV."

The first part of the article consists of questions asked by #Anons to which #JrSenatorAnon responds. The last question concerned a secret case in DC that involved the sealing off of a whole floor of a federal courthouse:

Anon: "Rumors are they were getting a case moved from article 3 to an article 1 court."

JrSenatorAnon (confirming): "Exactly as you said."

(Article 3 = regular court system; Article 1 = administrative courts, including military.)

Conjecture was that this secret court proceeding had something to do with Mueller, although this is not yet confirmed. Lawfags on QResearch commented further on what this might mean. The very last post (>>4341229 pb) notes that POTUS signed an Executive Order earlier this year that allows Federal Agency heads to choose administrative law judges rather than having to go through the Office of Personnel Management, thus streamlining the process.

Lawfag's last comment: "Maybe get ready for an influx of cases?"

Why notable was requested for this post

You are correct. This has been posted previously.

Was in 4 breads (5536, 5539, 5542, 5551), recommended notable in at least one but not in notables (not that I could find).

Thought it deserved more, so spent time analyzing & summarizing; article itself not an "easy read"

Also added the actual article; previous posts did not

Not unsauced; included original article citation and added citation for POTUS executive order

Key info on lawfag analysis of legal implications of what is happening right now with sealed proceedings, civil military courts ( because of POTUS executive order earlier this year)

Yes, it has been floating around but the actual article is not all that well organized and so it's hard to get a grasp on it. I spend a several hours really looking at it. The lawfag analysis is very interesting because it speaks to what is going on behind the scenes to facilitate the use of military or administrative judges. And about the possible use of that system right now in sealed proceedings. May have to do with Mueller, although not much is yet known about that.

Yes, I just looked at the suicide note from the ICE employee who found out about what Obama had planned for us. I imagine we can re-purpose those FEMA camps now. But when I read it, I kept thinking, "if only they guy had waited just a few more months…."

Re: ICE agent suicide note

Here you are, this is more like a report that includes excerpts from that note. God grant that man peace, it must have tormented this man to think he was part of such an evil plan.

>>4357811 Why I posted this notable

is probably less notable than the substantive post:

There are 2 posts on this topic, both anon analyses, somewhat different, I just figured it out from looking at >>4357787.

Gosh, it's getting late…..Kek.

I didn't even know the other one existed until just now. I'm laughing because the one thing it's hardest to find is what's right under your nose!

Yes, administrative courts have no Constitutional protections, as far as I'm aware. Not a lawfag but legally-informed. Re admin courts, I hope to never tangle with the IRS….

But POTUS seems to be taking advantage of all the executive privileges that his recent predecessors put into place because it's the only way he can get anything done, even tho it's bad law. In the long run, there has to be another way. But since we're currently living in the Twilight Zone, the usual rules don't seem to apply.

POTUS knows the Fed does not try to to "feel the market," because the market is not organic now, (((they))) are manipulating it! Part of the game, though, to position himself as a saavy player and his opponents as out-of-the-loop geeks who just can't keep up. Smart!

The hard part is always to just keep going and help others to do the same. Don't get dragged down, do something fun every day–even if just for a few minutes–to forget about all the crap for awhile. Staying unattached to fruits helps, tho hard. In the end, God wins. We win. Stay the course.

Spot on, anon. We like to think we're immune to shills–they can't get to us–but nobody is invulnerable.

It LOOKS like POTUS is free to declas or do other stuff, but optics dictate otherwise. Dems are just waiting to pounce if he makes the slightest move that would make him appear to abuse executive power. He must do things according to the times, whatever that takes. I don't like the wait, but think how much harder it is for him, blocked at every turn both personally and politically.
