They never thought she would lose

Hillary was nervous enough about it to hire Steele just in case she lost the election well before the election. I think as a back up plan it would of been used to crush Trump after her coronation. So, a little bit of a disconnect, but I think it was thorough planning by Hillary. Anybody?
