People not willing to take responsibility for their own actions just want somebody else to sort it all out for them quickly so they can go back to sleep.
It is easy enough to get permits for demonstrations in Russia. So why do certain people always want to hold unauthorized demonstrations that block traffic? And why do they recruit gangs of teenagers for these activities? Sounds to me a lot like the recruiting and training of Antifa troops.
Russia is a free and democratic country with a free press. It is not nearly as repressive and controlled as the USA. There are lots of legal ways for people to express their opinions.
