Since Keystone awareness is piqued right now, figured I'd sneak an important redpill in:

Pushing up from below pops out the keystone, destroying the integrity. and that's BAD.
Flat feet are God's gift to parents who don't want their kids going to war. if a tied-arch has fallen, you fix it by strengthening the tie (USE THEM).
