Flynn was not 'entrapped' under the legal definition. He was set up and the FBI was very negligent and mishandled his case. Flynn will have this case thrown out. As I understand the Q plan has the Flynn plea as a method to get certain information entered into the public legal sphere.

Changing his plea will grant the prosecution another round to respond. If Flynn changed his plea this circus will continue for another few months. It is more wise to force the prosecution to back up it's case and allow them to fail.
