Whenever I see weasel words like that I know that I am dealing with an asshole whoo is lying to my face.
A) Snowden is well documented to have been in Russia
B) People have travelled to Russia and met him there for filmed interviews.
C) Snowden was NOT detained by Russia because he broke no laws there. He was free.
D) Q dropped info suggesting that Free Snowden used the opportunity to slip into China and even elsewhere (India and Arab gulf countries)
