It does appear General Flynn is bound and determined to proceed with sentencing in order to enter evidence against the Deep State legally–according to Q last year.

The Deep State is fighting tooth and nail. DS Shillary Clinton Cartel Judge Sullivan literally disqualified himself and tainted the entire proceeding, hoping to bait Flynn or others to shut down the court immediately. In essence, he claimed extreme bias on his own part and presumed Flynn guilty of crimes of his associates indictments from just the day before.

I'm sorry if you can't understand the seriousnesss of Sullivan's words.
