Flynn can't be sentenced until he testifies at the trial of his former Business associates.

The trial will never happen because 1 defendant is in Turkey and only an idiot would return to USA

The Judge started the hearing by saying The Court has never accept a plea deal where a defendant has maintained his innocence and he won't start now.

The Judge put the prosecution in a stale mate. They either drop the FARA case and move forward to sentencing Flynn for a lie he says he didn't commit ( and the Judge believes him) or he waits for the defendant to voluntarily come back to the USA to complete a trial before 11/2021 and then sentence Flynn for lying.

The prosecutor admitted to the Judge that he didn't believe Flynn guilty of FARA or Treason and saw no reason to charge him.

After a period of time, both cases will be dismissed by a Court if prosecution is stalled. "Failure To Prosecute"

The ball is in Mueller's Court but he is missing his opponent.
