Arlington trip was for "Wreaths Across America" an annual event for our fallen heroes.
Not a reflection, but rather a "refraction" of sunlight bouncing off your convex camera lens. Someone could actually tell you how convex your lens is just by the distance from the light source (sun) and the green image it captured. Science is fun-damental.
