Back in the beginning before Q had their own board we would get a few SEC_TESTs before they would post with tripcode. The thinking was they don't post with tripcode unless all of the team/certain individuals are able to get on the board at the same time.
This would also make sense why Q (almost always) will not post (or not with tripcode) when any of the admin is traveling overseas.
They have posted with tripcode while overseas last year, and we know they use SAT_COM to communicate, but so far as of the last 3-6 months they do not post while overseas.
