Does Q IP hop?
If Q is not IP hopping then he is not hiding from NSA CIA SS or FBI right?
Does the IP stay for more than one night? Repeat IP days later? Weeks later?

I'm glad the law protects our beloved admin, but the law seems less than fair theses days.
The list of high powered people that Q has pissed off is more than impressive.
