You’re welcome. Remember how the legal system works. Once you’ve been arrested or charged, you’ve lost. Time, money and possibly freedom or and combination thereof. It’s why cops say you may beat the wrap, but you won’t beat the ride. At some point, you have to cut your losses unless you have unlimited resources. That’s why pleas are made. Kind of like corporations settling out of court on civil matters by writings check, it cheaper than fighting it. You will never win against the full weight of the government without unlimited resources and the willingness to risk everything, and they know this. This is why the SC recommended no jail time, they want this freebie conviction against someone without the means to fight it and they know it’s BS. It was a seek and destroy mission plain and simple.
