The use of Concrete in the first twat is definitely a message - the whole concrete usage by many in communications by the deep state is well established. The reference to it being steel slats makes me wonder about Trumps tariffs on China and the reinforcement of our steel industry for national security. Our infrastructure has been purposefully weakened over the Obama's terms by compromised Chinese steel and poor cement quality that resulted in the bridge collapse in Florida.
