Even before that Joe Biggs under Infowar auspices tried to do an on-site investigation. Didn't seem to go anywhere, especially after Biggs went off the rails (or whatever that was all about). Even before that, AJ was talking up the Gulen Network, its madrasses and public school infiltrations. At some point, it all stopped on IW.

After the coup attempt, Turkey wanted Gulen extradited, but Obama administration wouldn't do it.

IMHO, Gulen was under CIA protection here as he plotted the Turkey coup.
