I don't get it. Martha Mc Sally did concede to Sinema (probably fraudulent) election. Now she is appointed senator, until 2022, but where election will be held in 2020?
So what's the point, for Sinema, to win if she didn't get the senator seat?

just to be sure, what would have happened if Mc sally would have won over Sinema? She would have gotten Sinema's seat and then, another republican would have gotten no name seat?
