Look up atmospheric scintillation dingleberry. Amateur astronomers use it all the time to judge the quality of seeing conditions on any given night.

I make optics for astronomy dumbass. They are star tested on actual stars to discern the quality of figure, polish and mounting. Images look exactly the same as a defocused star used during star testing. Look it it up fuckstik and learn or just remain ignorant. I assume you'll choose the latter so I'm done with you shill.
