There are so many foreign citizens working as contractors at NASA it's not even funny.

Correct me if I am wrong but if Congress did approve the $ for the wall, who is to say that Democrats try to attach certain requirements to the funding, such as where it gets spend on the wall, how much gets build here or there and if there is a need to build a section in another place. I bet Democrats would try to use environmental and wildlife preservation reasons as arguments to keep certain sections of the border without a wall.
