A Florida-based triple amputee veteran has created a GoFundMe push to fund President Trump’s border wall through donations from the public.

Brian Kolfage, who launched the GoFundMe, has also been an active free speech advocate who has spoken against censorship on digital media platforms.

Part of his message is posted below. Kolfage promises that he will make sure the United States government will be legally required to spend the donations on the wall and only the wall.

“Like a majority of Americans we elected President Donald J Trump to Make America Great Again. President Trump’s main campaign promise was to BUILD THE WALL. And as he’s followed through on just about every promise so far, this wall project needs to be completed still.

As a veteran who has given so much, 3 limbs, I feel deeply invested to this nation to ensure future generations have everything we have today. Too many Americans have been murdered by illegal aliens and too many illegals are taking advantage of the United States taxpayers with no means of ever contributing to our society.

I have grandparents who immigrated to America legally, they did it the correct way and it’s time we uphold our laws, and get this wall BUILT!It’s up to Americans to help out and pitch in to get this project rolling.

“If the 63 million people who voted for Trump each pledge $80, we can build the wall.” That equates to roughly 5Billion Dollars, even if we get half, that’s half the wall. We can do this.

In Drastic Reversal, Trump Orders Full Withdrawal From Syria After "Victory Over ISIS"

update 2: A troop withdrawal appears already underway after a Pentagon official said it would happen "quickly".

White House spokesperson Sarah Sanders has issued a formal statement on troop withdrawal from Syria: "We have started returning United States troops home as we transition to the next phase of this campaign."

Moments after President Trump confirmed reports of US pullout via Twitter saying "We have defeated ISIS in Syria," Pentagon officials said the president "ordered full US troop withdrawal from Syria," and that this will be "rapid" — apparently already beginning, per a Reuters breaking report: "All U.S. State Department personnel are being evacuated from Syria within 24 hours - official."

Trump says ‘we have defeated ISIS’ as US starts withdrawal from Syria

Donald Trump has tweeted that ISIS has been defeated as White House announced that US has started pulling out its troops from Syria.

The US has begun the withdrawal of its troops from Syria, the White House said in a statement, adding, however, that the move does not mean an end of the military campaign in the war-torn country but marks a “new phase” in the fight against Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS).

“These victories over ISIS in Syria do not signal the end of the Global Coalition or its campaign. We have started returning United States troops home as we transition to the next phase of this campaign,” White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders said.

She also partly echoed an earlier tweet by President Donald Trump, who also said that IS terrorists were defeated while calling the group “the only reason for [the US troops] being there [in Syria].”

According to some reports, the withdrawal might primarily affect the US troops on the ground working together with an alliance of Arab and Kurdish militias, known as the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). The US has a total of 2,000 servicemen there, who are particularly involved in training the local militias. The news come as the SDF are reportedly on the verge of retaking one of the terrorist group’s last major strongholds – the town of Hajin, located east of the Euphrates.

The pullout is expected to take between 60 and 100 days, according to reports citing US officials. Additional reports suggested that all US State Department personnel would also be evacuated from Syria within 24 hours.

However, even after the withdrawal, the US would still maintain a sizeable presence in the neighboring Iraq, with some 5,200 troops stationed just across the Syrian border. The aircraft of the US-led coalition – the primary tool of Washington and its allies in the Syrian conflict – will also still be able to continue their air raids flying out of Qatar and other bases in the Middle East.

Congress Agrees On Stopgap Funding Bill To Keep Govt Open Until Feb 8

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced Wednesday that he will introduce a stopgap spending bill to keep the government open until February 8, after Democrats pushed back on Tuesday against a proposal which would allocate $1 billion to President Trump's immigration policies.

The measure, which Sen. Chuck Schumer says Democrats will back, will prevent a partial government shutdown set to begin Saturday. According to The Hill, McConnell's proposal will keep funding for border fencing flat.

The White House had previously backed down on a demand for $5 billion in funding for President Trump's wall, with Press Secretary Sarah Sanders claiming "We have other ways that we can get to that $5 billion."

"At the end of the day we don’t want to shut down the government, we want to shut down the border," she added.

On Wednesday, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said that Trump appears to have backed down on his wall demand - just one day after the New York Democrat said "They need congressional approval - they're not getting it for the wall, plain and simple."

Earlier Wednesday President Trump tweeted: "In our Country, so much money has been poured down the drain, for so many years, but when it comes to Border Security and the Military, the Democrats fight to the death. We won on the Military, which is being completely rebuilt. One way or the other, we will win on the Wall!"

The details of McConnell's stopgap proposal will be released later Wednesday.

Activists who Abused, Cursed and Spit on Florida AG Pam Bondi – Belong to Group that Received $500K From Soros Org

In June 2018 Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi was harassed, cursed, threatened and spit on as she attended a movie at a Florida theater.

Bondi spoke with FOX and Friends on Monday after after being verbally assaulted, threatened and bullied by raging leftists at a movie theater on Saturday night.

Bondi, the popular Attorney General from the great state of Florida, has been a long-time target of unhinged left. She told FOX and Friends “three huge guys” came up to her and started screaming at her and cursing her an inch from her face. The violent leftists then turned on her boyfriend and tried to provoke him into a physical altercation.

Bondi told FOX and Friends one of the men spit on her while he was screaming. Bondi added that she did not know if this was intentional but occurred because he was screaming so close to her face.

Pam Bondi said she will not allow the bullying left to alter her actions or her lifestyle.

Media ‘in cahoots’ with French govt: Censored Yellow Vest protester speaks to RT

A French news channel’s eyebrow-raising edit has reinforced the belief that the media “are in cahoots” with the country's political elite, a Yellow Vest protester, whose anti-Macron placard was airbrushed from a photo, told RT.

Jean-Baptiste Redde said he was shocked when he learned that TV channel France 3 had sanitized an AFP photograph showing him holding a sign that read “Macron out.” The channel, which dropped the “out” part of Redde’s message, blamed the curious Photoshop-job on a “human error.”

That explanation was far from being enough for the activist. "The censorship by France 3 casts a shadow on the media in general," he told RT France.

The protesters start to think that the media are in cahoots with politicians and the financial elite. Such sort of censorship doesn’t help the situation.

Those who claim that the media intentionally “manipulate” people now see themselves as vindicated, Redde said, adding that reaction to troubling edit has been especially fierce on social media.

Although the channel has characterized the photo altering as an honest mistake that “will not happen again,” Redde remains unconvinced.

I thought this through, and decided to file a complaint to the country’s media watchdog.

The Yellow Vest demonstrations, which began on November 17, were originally against a forthcoming fuel tax – but soon became a catalyst for expressing anger and frustration at President Emmanuel Macron’s administration.

The protests spread across France, with violence erupting in Paris and other cities. More than 4,500 people have been arrested during the month of unrest, while many others have been injured, including police.

The French government has announced it’s abandoning the plan to hike fuel prices and tax – but protests still continued, with people calling for broader reforms and even the resignation of Macron.

Russia, Iran & Turkey agree to launch Syrian constitution committee by January

Top diplomats from Russia, Turkey and Iran have agreed to ensure that a 150-strong committee to draft a new Syrian constitution will convene for the first time early next year as they wrapped up a meeting in Geneva on Tuesday.

“We have agreed to take efforts aimed at convening the first session of the Syrian constitution committee early next year. These steps will lead to the launch of a viable and lasting Syrian-owned, Syrian-led, UN-facilitated political process,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in a statement following the meeting hosted by UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura.

The agreement, which could pave the way for political reconciliation in the war-ravaged country, was struck between Lavrov, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, and Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif.

The creation of the 150-member body was first envisaged during a UN-backed summit in Sochi last January, which reinvigorated the stale Geneva peace process. However, efforts had been without a major breakthrough due the parties’ inability to agree on the composition of the committee.

The body will consist of 50 representatives from the Syrian government, 50 representatives from the opposition, and the remaining 50 are intended to be “independent” delegates of civil society chosen by the UN.

The latter has become a bone of contention, with Damascus reportedly opposing some of the candidates.

The list has not been finalized as of yet, but the trio of Russia, Turkey and Iran is nearing a mutually acceptable solution, Cavusoglu said after the meeting.

Pro-Israel bully Nikki Haley claims Trump's peace plan is actually better for Palestine

US ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley has touted the much-hyped but yet unreleased US peace plan for the Middle East as a boon for Palestine – despite that they have already rejected the plan, calling it the "slap of the century."

At her last UN Security Council meeting on Tuesday, the outgoing US envoy heaped praise on the Trump Administration's peace plan which aims to make a breakthrough in the stalled peace process in the region.

Both sides would benefit greatly from a peace agreement, but the Palestinians would benefit more, and the Israelis would risk more.

"I assure you there is a lot for both sides to like," Haley said, noting that it's up to Israel and Palestine to tease out the details.

The plan, according to Haley, is "not just a few pages, containing unspecific and unimaginative guidelines," but a comprehensive roadmap, with "much more thoughtful detail" and "taking advantage of the new world of technology."

Haley, who has styled herself as one of the most vocal advocates of Israel in the Trump administration, highlighted the "unshakable bond" between the US and Israel, a position that was cemented during her tenure when the US outraged Muslims in Palestine and beyond by recognizing Jerusalem as Israel's capital, slashed aid to Palestine by some $500 million and quit the UN Human Rights Council over its "bias" against Israel.

While Haley once called the UN General Assembly "morally bankrupt" for approving a resolution that condemned Israel's use of "excessive, disproportionate and indiscriminate force" against Palestinian civilians in Gaza, as she bid farewell to the UNSC, she nonetheless argued that she has never harbored prejudice against Palestine.

"Given my record, some might mistakenly conclude that I am unsympathetic to the Palestinian people. Nothing could be further from the truth," she said. Switching gears from reconciliatory to condescending, Haley then stated that "Israel wants a peace agreement but it does not need one," adding that Palestinians must give up on their "50-year-old demands that have only become less and less realistic."

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas insists that Ramallah will not accept any peace plan that is not based on the 2002 Arab Peace Initiative, which clearly states that the future Palestinian state will be established in the territories occupied by Israel since 1967, with East Jerusalem as the capital.

150+ firms, incl Netflix & Spotify thrived on Facebook user data under secretive partnership – media

Adding to a growing backlash against Facebook, a New York Times report detailed how the social media platform allowed unhindered access to users’ messages, email addresses and other data as part of deals with selected companies.

Large firms, including Netflix and Spotify, were given free rein to suck up data of millions of users a month, according to the NYT which reviewed over 270 pages of internal Facebook documents. It also interviewed over 50 former employees of Facebook and its partners. Most notably, users were never informed or asked for their consent.

Moreover, it turns out that Facebook had developed a special tool that enabled turning access to private data on and off – even if the user had already disabled sharing. As of 2017, more than 150 companies enjoyed this kind of no-questions-asked access under bilateral deals with Facebook which effectively allowed to firms to bypass the service’s updated privacy rules.

Some companies, including Sony, Microsoft and Amazon, were allowed to view users’ contacts through their friends. Others, like Spotify, Netflix and the Royal Bank of Canada, were able to read, write and delete users’ private messages and to see all participants on a thread. Even the Russian search giant Yandex has been listed. In 2017, it was apparently given access to Facebook users’ IDs, despite sharing of such data having been dropped for other “applications.”

According to the NYT, Bank of Canada brushed off the allegations, while Spotify and Netflix claimed they did not know of such broad powers in their hands.

The NYT report also sheds light on how Facebook shared data with over 60 manufacturers of mobile devices, with Apple being one of the most notable examples. In all, Apple mobile phones and tablets had access to contact numbers and calendar entries of people who had maximum privacy settings. Facebook also allowed Apple to hide all indications that its devices were retrieving data from users.
