so we need ~$20-$25 billion for the full CONCRETE (not a fence) wall and associated systems

I doubt we can find that much laying around in the DoD budget

imo, it's likely going to start the wall, around 5 to 10 billion at most

we still do need congress to do their fucking job

now since we're running away from syria he can use whatever money was for that for the wall

I think we can scrap together at least 10 billion from our withdraw, possibly up to 20 billion if we stop a lot of this altogether
