To your point, "by the cabal" would be my guess. Q's responses do not necessarily mean he was tried. It may mean Q's efforts literally brought about the circumstances that the cabal did the job for us. Just a theory.

Ever consider the possibility that that could mean we actually have more than enough to cover all current debt and then some when a switchover occurs? All market valuations for many things is completely skewed, I think. My theory is the cabal has been using the fiat to tank valuations for everything that isn't oil/natural gas.
