To put this into perspective (in the case anons do not know), The judiciary branch has no jurisdiction over immigration, asylum, and the like. This power is outlined to the Executive Branch which has the plenary power over it.

A district court judge can issue an opinion when it comes to this matter but they cannot supersede or reverse it based on the Executive branch power for this issue. On top of that, look at what he ruled, not only did he legislate from the bench but he also:
“He also ordered the government to return to the United States the plaintiffs who were unlawfully deported under the policy.”
I did some digging and this is now the 49th time that a district Judge has overstepped their mandate based on our Constitutional Republic and the existing mandate for each branch. This is the same judge who embarrassed the judiciary yesterday with the Flynn affair.
