Term Limits. One 6 year term in the Senate. Three 2 year terms in the House. You can not serve in the House and then move to the Senate. Must take a 3 year break in between and return to your state. Must take your staff with you. Can not become a lobbyist.
You must also work in the private sector for 10 years after you are out of school before you can run for office. No duel citizenship.
Only 20 percent of the House of Rep. can be lawyers. We want people from all walks of live to serve.
