I think so. Was trying to figure out NYT's point in printing it.
Was thinking the same thing, esp since the media has been hyping all of the conspiracy stuff. Don't know if they are getting out ahead of what we all hope is to come, or if they are just mudding the water and trying to show more "Russian" influence in 2016.
