I was discussing the Senate not the Congress. Since these are two different bodies of government and their roles are separate from each other, the logical and most obvious answer to your question is "nothing" with respect to the Senate.

But the operations of the two bodies have separate functions when comes to passing a bill. That is a given, and that was taken into account when I responded to you the first time.
