here's what i want to see: the perfect 'gun control' case to be brought to a conservative court. this ban could lead to such a case. given that there are thousands and thousands of legally owned machine guns in private hands in this country and that there is rarely ever a homicide committed with one, i want a justice to pose the question 'then why are machine guns even illegal?'
regulate them why? under what justification?
