BREAKING: Look Who The DOJ Is SUING

Justice Department Sues to Shut Down Promoters of Conservation Easement Tax Scheme Operating out of Georgia

The United States filed a complaint seeking an order stopping Nancy Zak, Claud Clark III, EcoVest Capital Inc., Alan N. Solon, Robert M. McCullough, and Ralph R. Teal, Jr., from organizing, promoting, or selling an allegedly abusive conservation easement syndication tax scheme, the Justice Department announced today.

According to the complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the defendants’ scheme revolves around donations of conservation easements and corresponding tax benefits from those donations. Defendants also allegedly rely on grossly overvalued appraisals as part of their scheme.

“The Department of Justice is working with our partners in the Internal Revenue Service to shut down fraudulent conservation easement shelters, which in this case were based on willfully false valuations,” said Richard E. Zuckerman, the Tax Division’s Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General. “Individuals investing in these schemes with benefits that seem too good to be true should ensure they are paying their proper federal income tax liability.”

Are you seeing this Q…

Over One Million Gun Owners Refuse to Obey Ban, No One Turning in Magazines

New Jersey — Unless you’ve been under a rock lately, then you’ve likely seen the unprecedented push by all levels of government to separate law abiding Americans from their guns. No, this is not some conspiracy theory. The president himself ushered in a new level of gun control doing what his liberal predecessor even refused to do by banning bump stocks. However, as states across the country seek to limit the ability of innocent people to defend themselves, people are disobeying.

According to Ammoland.com, who says they spoke with multiple police departments throughout the state, no one has turned in their magazines.

Sherrod Brown Says Gov’t Hasn’t Been Aggressive Enough on Anti-Trust Issues with Tech Companies. No Sh*t, Sherrod.

Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) said Wednesday he believes the government has not done a sufficient job of enforcing anti-trust laws, but was noncommittal about breaking up tech giants.

Brown was asked on BuzzFeed’s “AM to DM” if the government should break up big tech companies like Amazon and Facebook.

“I don’t know,” Brown responded. “I would say this: I’m not a lawyer, but I have noticed that over the years government hasn’t been nearly aggressive enough on anti-trust issues.”

In December 2017, The Verge published a table about how much Congress members had received from telecom companies. No wonder government hasn’t been “nearly aggressive enough” on anti-trust issues with them.

In fact, U.S. legislators have practically made it so that tech companies can do whatever they want now. This includes forcing the installation of harmful and invasive technology throughout our communities and in front of our homes due to federally promoted campaigns the “Race for 5G”, “Smart Cities”, and “Internet of Things” (IoT) and more. Legislators have also made it so that utility companies can force the installation of harmful invasive technology on our homes with their expensive and harmful “Smart” Meters.

Weaponizing Child Protective Services To Enforce Adherence to Public Education

Public schools teach government propaganda, conditioning students to be good global citizens without questioning the rhetoric. When home schooling fails to teach the same propaganda, the state moves to force them back into public schools. Such persecution of home school parents is seen in virtually every nation on earth. ⁃ TN Editor

Schooling is adept at rooting out individuality and enforcing compliance. In his book, Understanding Power, Noam Chomsky writes: “In fact, the whole educational and professional training system is a very elaborate filter, which just weeds out people who are too independent, and who think for themselves, and who don’t know how to be submissive, and so on—because they’re dysfunctional to the institutions.”

This filtering process begins very early in a child’s schooling as conformity is rewarded and divergence is punished.

Weaponizing Child Protective Services

An investigative report by The Hechinger Report and HuffPost released last month revealed that schools are increasingly using child protective services as a “weapon” against parents. It said:

Fed up with what they see as obstinate parents who don’t agree to special education services for their child, or disruptive kids who make learning difficult, schools sometimes use the threat of a child-protection investigation to strong-arm parents into complying with the school’s wishes or transferring their children to a new school. That approach is not only improper, but it can be devastating for families, even if the allegations are ultimately determined to be unfounded.

More troubling, these threats disproportionately target low-income and minority parents. According to the report:

South Korea seeks smaller military drills with U.S. amid North Korea talks

SEOUL (Reuters) - South Korea wants to hold smaller joint military drills with the United States next year, the defense ministry said on Thursday, scaling back larger exercises as part of an effort to boost nuclear diplomacy with North Korea.

The allies have suspended a number of combined military exercises this year as tensions on the Korean peninsula eased and Washington began talks to dismantle Pyongyang's nuclear program.

The North has denounced the annual drills, which in the past involved hundreds of thousands of troops, warships and aircraft, as a "rehearsal for war."

With nuclear talks under way, Seoul and Washington are discussing scaling back their regular field exercises, including Foal Eagle in early 2019, and hold two computer-simulated command post drills next year, the defense ministry said.

U.S. Defence Secretary Jim Mattis said last month the Foal Eagle exercise would be "reorganized a bit to keep it at a level that will not be harmful to diplomacy" with North Korea.

People don't seem to understand with all the drugs their forcing on kids they don't need no Mk ultra

Forced Drugging and Vaccination of Children

In the US judges can constitutionally order controversial drugs to be given to a child over the opposition of his parents. Parents are medicating their children for fear of having them hauled away by Child Protective Services. In the UK Parents of children diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) will face jail under proposals in the new Mental Health Bill if they refuse to drug their children, a psychiatrist has warned.

Some US Courts may force Parents to Medicate Children - Some public schools are accusing parents of child abuse when they balk at giving their kids drugs such as Ritalin, and as judges begin to agree, some parents are medicating their children for fear of having them hauled away by authorities. There is a growing debate about diagnosing and medicating children with attention deficit disorder (ADD) and attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Anything Trump does that pisses off the MSM and lackeys of the DS makes me smile and laugh

In Syria retreat, Trump rebuffs top advisers and blindsides U.S. commanders

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump overrode his top national security aides, blindsided U.S. ground commanders, and stunned lawmakers and allies with his order for U.S. troops to leave Syria, a decision that upends American policy in the Middle East.

The result, said current and former officials and people briefed on the decision, will empower Russia and Iran and leave unfinished the goal of erasing the risk that Islamic State, or ISIS, which has lost all but a sliver territory, could rebuild.

Trump was moving toward his dramatic decision in recent weeks even as top aides tried to talk him out of it, determined to fulfill a campaign promise of limiting U.S. involvement militarily abroad, two senior officials said.
