Trumps decision to officially announce the withdrawal of troops from Syria means maybe, if you are a congress-person and want to gripe about it, maybe you can get some balls and authorize US intervention on said foreign soil. Wherever are forces are currently deployed without congressional approval, huh?

I think I recall that about 10-15 years ago BOEING was given a contract to provide for means to "man the border" using cameras and other methods of technology. What ever happened to that money?
