I borrowed 30K … Paid 30K and they still want 100K .. ..But their collection agencies act unlawful, and I sue. OR I follow the law (paper trail) and they realize its to0 hard to collect. Debt validation GOES a long way. ED can't successfully validate the debt, and the collection agency's get paralyzed.
So they pass it back to ED. OVER and OVER and OVER .. for the last 10 years. Not a dime…not a garnishment.
