How many of you have just cold turkey quit taking your meds after learning what we've learned? I'm only on one medication (Trazadone 150mg daily for sleep) and I stopped taking it 4 days ago. I can't sleep now but worse - I've crashed psychologically - not sure if it's because of all I'm learning or as of stopping the med. Feeling beyond hopeless. Is this their game? We find out what they're really doing to us - stop taking our poison – and render ourselves useless to fight them? We're damned if we do and damned if we don't. I can't imagine what people that are on an entire cocktail of drugs are going to do when they find out.
