I normally don't but I was going back through post and all the [D] searches seem to point towards the one post that points to EO 12/21. I looked back to 2017 Executive Orders and there was one but it didn't fit with what the post were meaning. Then there have been the Capricorn post which connect to Winter Solstice Wich is 12/21. Plus the 12/21 has the mirrored numbers. Add 1+2/2+1(3:3). We just had Q post that pointed to the flags in Oval Office US Flags 3:3 Presidential Flags and Q saying Anons will know the meaning.
