POTUS is reminding us that the MOAB, DECLAS, was supposed to be triggered at the Emmys, and it was; the order to release was given. But it was withheld for strategic purposes, and POTUS is in control of the timing. So he clowns himself with this Green Acres bullshit on "throwback Thursday" (today) to remind us that the MOAB is incoming.
