So, we're essentially saying that NSA and MILINT are delivering information via POTUS and Patriots to disseminate.

Q is telling us this both how and why the operation is being conducted.

In other words, the keystone is the relaying of info from MILINT & NSA (via) POTUS and to Patriots. The purpose of the operation is to awaken the republic so that WE, THE PEOPLE, may again be free of tyranny and oppression.
