i always thought..
they should model the wall after the great wall of china..
let people use it..
jog /walk .. tourist attraction… wall trail..
with people there randomly there 24/7 at any point in time.. would be hard for drug cartel to sync…
i'm sure if it was was the great wall in china..
thousands would hike from one end to the other..
