An idea would be to put a Tax on anyone crossing the border. Like a Toll Tax. That way Mexicans who travel to US pay for the wall.
Most Mexicans workers send back the money they make in US, so it would capture some of that money.
Also, tax money sent to Mexico. Ever stand at a liquor store line and see all the Mexicans sending money to their families in Mexico on pay day???
That is money not recycled into our nation. Tax them.
