Saw something, saying something.

Kingsport, TN near Eastman and Bays Mountain: black pickup truck with what appears to be assorted trash in the open back moving down the highway, and it dropped an (apparently) empty red hazmat bag. Was weirded out by that and noticed it was being very directly followed by an unmarked white van, weaving through traffic. Hope it's insignificant.
