The official WikiLeaks and Julian Assange defense Twitter accounts are all currently locked and inaccessible according to their current editor-in-chief, Kristinn Hrafnsson.

The accounts belonging to WikiLeaks, WikiLeaks Task Force, Assange’s legal team, and Assange’s official defense team have all been locked for over 24 hours, Hrafnsson confirmed on Thursday.

Hrafnsson also stated that he believes WikiLeaks and the affiliated accounts are also being shadowbanned. The Daily Dot confirmed that “both @wikileaks and @wltaskforce were failing to appear in the platform’s ‘search all’ drop-down results.”

People associated with WikiLeaks have attempted to reach out to Twitter for an explanation, but they have not responded.

The Daily Dot contacted Twitter for comment. A representative told the Daily Dot that the company was “looking into it.”

Sources close to the administration have told The Gateway Pundit that there has been discussion about Assange being removed from the Ecuadorian embassy in London, where he has political asylum, before the new year. When questioned by a reporter about the White House’s position on Assange at a Christmas party, Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said they had “no position.”

Former Baltimore Top Cop Pleads Guilty To Tax Fraud

Former Baltimore Police Commissioner Darryl De Sousa has pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday that "he willfully neglected to file income tax returns and falsely claimed deductions to slash the amount he owed to the Internal Revenue Service," said The Baltimore Sun.

De Sousa, 54, resigned as the city's top cop in May, after failing to file his federal taxes for 2013, 2014 and 2015. He faces up to three years in jail and a $300,000 fine when he is sentenced in late March 2019.

“You do agree you’re guilty of these three offenses?” U.S. District Judge Catherine Blake asked him on Tuesday.

“Yes, your honor,” De Sousa said.

He joined the Baltimore Police Department in 1998, and in January 1999, submitted a W-4 to the city of Baltimore incorrectly claiming nine adjustments for state and federal taxes. This "substantially reduced" the amount of taxes withheld from his salary, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Maryland.

'White hat hacker' talks directly to man through his Nest to inform him that the security camera was compromised after his password leaked online

Andy Gregg was startled when he heard a voice coming from his Nest camera

The voice said they were a researcher from the Anonymous group in Calgary

Said he wanted to inform Gregg that his security camera could easily be hacked

Hacker said he had no malicious intent and told Gregg to change his password

A Phoenix man thought he was getting robbed when he first heard an unfamiliar voice inside his home.

But Andy Gregg was even more startled when he realized the voice was coming from the Nest security camera he had installed at his front window.

The voice informed Gregg that the very camera he installed to make his home more secure had actually been compromised after his password was exposed online.

Gregg had been hacked. Nest Cam security cameras are connected to cell phones and provide 24/7 live streaming as well as a built-in speaker and mic so you can hear what's happening at home and talk to family, children, or intruders.

This hacker assured Gregg that he had no 'malicious' intentions by accessing his Nest. He was actually a 'white hat hacker', a computer security specialist who hacks into protected systems and networks to assess their security.

'Please, please don't be scared or frightened,' the voice told Gregg before explaining he is a researcher from the Anonymous group in Calgary, Canada.

The man recited a password that Gregg had used for multiple websites and then said 'I'm here to help you'.

'We're white hats, we don't have any malicious intent,' he added. 'I just wanted to tell you so that you can change your password before someone tries to hack you and do something malicious.'

Gregg then asked if the man could see where he lived.

'I don't know where you live right now but if someone was really that dedicated, they could geolocate an IP [address],' the white hat explained.

'They could see when you're home. There's so many malicious things someone could do with this.'

Deutsche Bank went under $8 a share, sitting on $40T+ derivatives. UPDATE:FDIC Just published DB has shortcoming in “Living Will”

Today with all the other wonderful financial news, DB shares went under $8.

The merger with Citi has obviously fell apart. now the German government is scrambling to Merge DB with Commerce, Germany’s second largest. This is like tying a coast guard rescue ship to the Titanic to stop it from sinking. They will lose both.

A $40 trillion loss in derivative markets is what caused the 2008 credit crisis, banking crisis, economic crash, foreclosure crisis.

“you can close the water tight doors, turn on the bilge pumps, but it’s a mathematical certainty, Titanic will founder”.

FDIC JUST PUBLISHED THAT DB HAS SHORTCOMINGS IN THIER “LIVING WILLS”.

The Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation on Thursday announced that the resolution plans of four foreign-based banks had weaknesses, but did not have “deficiencies,” which are weaknesses severe enough to result in additional prudential requirements if not corrected.

The agencies determined that the plans of the four firms–Barclays, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, and UBS–have “shortcomings,” which are less severe weaknesses that require additional work in their next plan. These shortcomings in the four firms’ plans include weaknesses in how each firm communicates and coordinates between its U.S. operations and its foreign parent in stress. Credit Suisse also had a shortcoming related to estimating the liquidity needs of its U.S. intermediate holding company in a resolution.

Resolution plans, required by the Dodd-Frank Act and commonly known as living wills, must describe the company’s strategy for rapid and orderly resolution under bankruptcy in the event of material financial distress or failure of the company. For foreign banking organizations, resolution plans are focused on their U.S. operations; however, the agencies acknowledge that the preferred outcome for these four foreign-based banks is a successful home country resolution using a single point of entry resolution strategy.
