Marty Torrey / Mad Hatter

According to his brief bio on a couple of pieces that he wrote for The Hill, Martin E. Torrey is a retired US Navy Commander. He was the Commander on the USS Exploit from April of 1987 - March of 1989 and on the USS Clifton Sprague from July 1991 - March of 1992. He also worked as COS for Republican congressman John Sweeney. (Sweeney was nicknamed "The Kick Ass Congressman" by George W. Bush) and he was in office from 1999-2007.
