Holy shit they are the same person.
This, they basically know their time is up. Their "magic" is not working and people see them now. They don't know what to do so they do the only thing they think will keep them in power. Start new wars, they know the superpowers are onto them now so they will start a bunch of small wars in little nations thinking maybe that will occupy the super power nations. It won't.
I do worry one thing however, I worry that Q/mil/trump won't go far enough. The head will be cut off from the beast/cabal but in due time they will return with a new head and they will learn from their mistake. You can't walk humanity into the meat grinder with a calm soothing voice, you need an iron fist to take control of the world. By this I mean the next time they attempt this which might not be in some of our lifetimes they will do this with machines as they will now know that there is never enough people in the world on their level to kill off the majority of the human race.
