Americans simply do not understand how packed the federal district courts and circuit courts are with flaming SJWs. Just look at the 9th and 4tj Circuits. Carter is the one who broke CA9, appointed nutcases like Judge Reinhardt. Obama packed the 4th Circuit with ideologues and replaced retiring judges on other courts with SJWs. Feel good bullshit. That's why we need military tribunals. The juries selected to decide cases in civilian courts will also be corrupted, another reason for UCMJ.
