HOUSE SENATE AND THE WALL - GAME OVER ?

So,is this what's going to happen now ? Bill was passed in House with R majority, now goes to Senate. Senate will not vote on it now, but rather on January 4th, with the 53:47 R majority. Bill passed.

At least that's what I would do.
