Mattis + top mil generals and good actors (respective positions) stepping down or distancing themselves from Trump to avoid "Trump media optics" playing a part in the arrests/justice?
E.G. desired optics = No taint, no bias, nothing to do with Trumps admin. Distancing. (Plan)?
Probably way off the mark.
