You have to let them play their games while you track their radio signals. And I'll bet they were using relay stations so if the police found the source of the radio control, they would have NOTHING. They would have to track back somehow. And it could have been using wires, connected to train rails, or cell tower signals or god knows what, because the guys driving the drones are smart and were trying to avoid getting caught. London has 5 airports so it is no big deal for one to be out of service for a day or two. Brits can cope with all kinds of shit. Stiff upper lip and all that.
