Okay, and now seeing a few more videos of this, there is NO doubt this thing pulsates and SPINS in the same type of psychadelic swirls that always go counter clockwise. WTF.
Life is getting a bit odd. I would guess that POTUS leaked blue beam, but no, on a stand, under oath, I would say that they have the same type of "origin" and look and appear very similar while having different shapes.
