The phrase "Trump can't do anything right" appears to come from a recent article whose full title is "Trump can’t do anything right — even his coverups are incompetent."

Max Boot is a neocon warmonger who would never say we don't need troops anywhere (except the US-Mexico border), so the second article doesn't pass the smell test.
