It seems many here are shooting from the hip. Those are reported to be industrial grade drones and yes that is current technology available to hobbists. The fact that no one has been tracked be it by following a drone or triangulating the signal means they are likely autonomous. What I see here of significance is a demonstration on how to disable an Air Force. If I am correct this means the shit is about to hit the fan.
