It's not a UFO, I work with drones and you can easily switch frequencies to counter the geofencing. It's a drone with large nav-lights

Not anyone, they'll be well protected from your average off-the shelf hobby craft but anyone with a modicum of technical savvy in the field of drone technology could circumvent the protections in place. I tell you for a fact, if they wanted it down they could use various methods. Personally, I would send up a Bird Of Prey.

 

I was flying near an American airbase once, a C-130 managed to block our signal from 5km away so whatever they are pushing out would be enough to render it useless.
