I get what you did.
You took Q posts from each of them graphed the date versus the post number. Without having to count/measure/graph all the posts by all the anons, the Q post numbers are proxies for the total number of posts over time.
The methodology appears valid.

Post number one one BOARD is unrelated to other boards.
Boards have threads (breads).
The post numbers on a board increment sequentially anytime a post is made on any of the threads of THAT BOARD only.
