About three months to be mobile, six months to be as good as it gets. She had a small course of chemo after the surgery to make sure that they got it. She gets tired very quickly and can't do a lot of housework these days.

It;s handy that RBG broke her ribs though, as that's how they went in wghen they did my Mum;s surgery, through the rib cage from the side. In some cases, they remove a rib to do it.
