Dear Santa. I have been really good this year. For Christmas, DC wants a really long shutdown. It will be great for air quality and with occupancy lowered the exterminators can really dig in and get rid of all the rats. I would like a shutdown, too with two scoops of DECLAS. Thank you, Santa.!
